Our latest Les Mills program and we are having a blast! BODYATTACK is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals - from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor! It can be modified to any fitness level so come give it a try.

Getting Started:
- What do I need to bring?
Make sure you have a good pair of shoes for foot stability. Dress in comfortable clothes and bring a towel and water bottle.
- How fit do I need to be?
BODYATTACK is for everyone with moderate fitness levels. The moves are simple and dont demand flawless coordination.
- How often should I take a class?
Its best to have a rest day between classes. For best results try to attend three BODYATTACK classes a week.
- How long does the class last?
BODYATTACK is designed around a 55-minute two-peak format with 11 music tracks and exercises to challenge cardio fitness and stamina.
