BodyStep
BODYSTEP is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

Getting Started:
- What do I need to bring?
Make sure you have a good pair of shoes for foot stability. Dress in comfortable clothes and bring along a towel and water bottle.
- How fit do I need to be?
BODYSTEP caters to all fitness levels. You can increase/decrease the intensity of the workout by raising/lowering the height of your step.
- Do you have any tips for beginners?
- Start on a low step height
- Do the class without using your arms and focus on your feet
- If you get lost in a move, continue stepping with a move that you feel comfortable with until you feel up to the challenge
- How often should I take a class?
While youll feel real benefits from coming to class just once a week most people try to come three times a week.
- How long does the class last?
Classes are best done with a rest day between them. For best results aim to take three BODYSTEP classes a week.
