At Cair Plus Fitness Center, we know that your demanding schedule means making it to work out is hard enough, so you shouldn’t have to worry if you can find a sitter too. Our CAIR & Play Nursery provides the perfect solution. We offer FREE (for up to 2 hours) on-site drop off care for children ages three months to 12 years, with ALL Family memberships.

Scheduling a Visit
To prevent understaffing for children under the age of 18 months, we ask that you call to reserve a spot for your baby/toddler at least 24 hours in advance.

Check-In Procedures
Please check-in at the front desk before going to the nursery. When signing in to the nursery, your child will be assigned a number for security purposes. No child will be released to any person other than the person who brought the child to the nursery.
